So I was watching the iconic skate video The Search for Animal Chin from Powell-Peralta featuring the Bones Bridage wearing a bunch of Air Jordan 1s, and I thought, why not take some screenshots while I’m at it? Then I remembered I have this blog, which I should actually update sometimes, so I figured I’d just put them here.

In the video featuring the legendary Bones Brigaders Steve Caballero, Tommy Guerrero, Tony Hawk, Mike McGill, and Lance Mountain, four out of the five skaters wear the Air Jordan 1 throughout the video. Tony Hawk is the only one who doesn’t ever wear the Jordan 1: he can be seen wearing the PUMA Prowler and Converse Chuck Taylor throughout most of the footage, and then the Vans Sk8-Hi at the climactic “Chin Ramp” skate sesh. Unfortunately, the only uploads of this video on YouTube aren’t of the greatest quality, as you could expect from VHS rips, so these screen grabs admittedly look far less than ideal in the clarity department. But I thought this was still worth a shot. Enjoy, if you’re into this sort of thing.
